With pepitas & baby leaves

Beetroot risotto with grilled jumbo scallop & salsa verde

Free range chicken leg confit served on sweet potato mash

with sautéed kale and orange-wholegrain mustard jus

Caramelized white chocolate mousse, macadamia nut praline

& red wine poached pear

And further news on Chef Kdn – in the Chef Competition at the 2014 Antigua Charter Show, he took first place in the yachts 101 to 159ft category for his 3 course “Gluten Free” gourmet menu. Well done Chef Kyd.
